Let me introduce CEECEE…..CEECEE is Cindy Bethel and ceecee is  what her grandson, Ian,  calls her.

 Cindy Bethel is a real estate agent with Prudential Network Realty in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. I have been a realtor for more than 15 years and have found a need for the services I am offering.

A1A Concierge Services offers a second pair of hands to the busy individual that needs some help in todays hectic life. We are a personalized  company that will cater to individual needs.  Charging by the hour but also having also personalized prices allows the customer to pick the services and prices.  Todays lifestyle keeps everyone running in different directions. Why spend time after work or on your days off running all over town do “chores”? Imagine having time for your self or your family to do fun things. 

 Ponte Vedra has been my home since 1970 so I know where to go to get what you need. I am a mom of three grown boys and have one grandson.  The days of forgotten projects at 6 pm, having to run to the store for supplies, go to school functions, watch a baseball game or practice, get that present for a birthday , or worse yet organize the party, go grocery shopping , get homework supplies,  and all those other daily activities are not far from my memory. Of course these all had to be done after work when everyone was tired and hunger or on Saturday. However, on Saturday you had household chores, yard work, activities for the family or other projects that had to be done. There were times when items fell through the cracks which of course resulted in chaos at the last minute. To me it always seemed that time ran short or at least my energy did. I was always running trying to play catch up or stay one step ahead. There seemed to be less time to enjoy life and just relax.  

Then on top of all your daily family needs the daily commutes and work hours get longer, and families are busier than ever with scheduled sports, clubs, and whatever else can be squeezed in the day.

Now that my kids are grown and I have free time but there are not very many errands to run.  So I started A1A Condierge & Errands.  I know what you need, I have been there and have needed that extra help to make eveything come together without going crazy. Wouldn’t you like a little extra help and make your day a little less stressful?
